Dynalite DALI Lighting Control

PLE is currently delivering a Dynalite DALI lighting control system at Sea Glass — a 27-storey boutique residential tower in Broadbeach for Hutchinson Builders. The system controls lobby, corridor, pool deck, and gymnasium lighting across the building, allowing scene management by time of day and occupancy sensor input.

What DALI Delivers

Beyond common area lighting, PLE delivers home automation fitouts for individual apartments — giving residents smart-living capability within their own residence. Home automation systems integrate lighting, blinds, climate control, and AV into a single, easy-to-use interface accessible from a wall panel or smartphone.

Home automation can be specified by the developer as a premium feature of the building, or installed by PLE's service department as an added extra for individual apartment owners post-handover. Either way, because PLE understands the building's electrical infrastructure, integration is seamless — no patch-ups, no workarounds.
