PLE installs communications and building technology systems as an integrated part of our electrical subcontract — meaning builders work with a single subcontractor for power, data, CCTV, intercom, and access control rather than managing multiple specialty contractors.

Systems We Install

• Structured cabling — Cat 5e/6 and fibre optic backbone (AS/CA S009 compliant)
• MATV — master antenna television distribution to apartments and common areas
• NBN-compliant pathways — equipment rooms and cabling to NBN standards
• Networking & wireless — Ubiquiti UniFi switching, wireless access points, and network infrastructure for common areas, EV load management, and building technology systems
• IP CCTV — Dahua NVR-based systems, carpark, lobby, common area, and perimeter coverage
• IP intercom — Dahua and Intratone systems, apartment-to-lobby and visitor management
• Access control — Inner Ranger Concept Inception, carpark, lobby, and level access management
