Our High-Rise Capability

High-rise residential electrical is PLE's primary market. We have delivered electrical scopes on buildings ranging from 8-storey aged care towers to 34-storey premium residential developments, with individual subcontract values up to $8M. Our active pipeline currently includes projects at Rochester Broadbeach (39 storeys), Peerless Avenue Mermaid Beach (36 storeys), and Sea Glass Broadbeach (27 storeys).

PLE understands the programme pressures, builder interface requirements, and authority coordination demands of high-rise construction. We manage Energex connections, RCD testing, emergency lighting commissioning, and as-built documentation as integrated parts of our construction scope — not afterthoughts at handover.
