- Design & Construct capability — in-house draftspersons working collaboratively with consulting engineers or independently where required. We take full design and construction responsibility under a single subcontract.
- High-rise experience — we have delivered buildings up to 34 storeys and are actively building projects up to 55+ storeys with subcontracts up to $18M. We understand programme pressure, builder interfaces, and authority requirements.
- QLD Licence No. 78210 — our senior management hold the licence and work in the business every day, not just on the paperwork.
- Reliable delivery — Lagoon Apartments (259 apartments, twin 32/24-storey towers) completed on programme in April 2026. Our builders come back because we deliver.
- Single point of responsibility — power, communications, EV, lighting control, nurse call, CCTV, and intercom all under one subcontract.
