- High-rise experience — we have delivered buildings up to 34 storeys and held subcontracts up to $8M. We understand programme pressure, builder interfaces, and authority requirements.
- QLD Licence No. 78210 — held by Trent Ridings (MD), with 25+ years in the electrical industry. The licence holder works in the business, not just on the paperwork.
- Reliable delivery — Lagoon Apartments (259 apartments, twin 32/24-storey towers) completed on programme in April 2026. Our builders come back because we deliver.
- Single point of responsibility — power, communications, EV, lighting control, nurse call, CCTV, and intercom all under one subcontract.
